Disable Emoji-Shortcut in Pop_OS!

Usually I use the R-Alt key as compose key for german Umlaute on an english localized device. When using Pop_OS! I reconized that some of my compose sequences didn't work or behave weird. The solution for this problem was to remove the Emoji shortcuts in the ibus (Intelligen Input Bus) via ibus-setup (has to be called in the terminal). To get this to work properly, I restarted my device afterwards and my compose sequences did their job again.
